When you give option to provide to alternative address, please explain required documentation will be needed later & once required documentation is provided there will be more time required to process. Long frustrating experience, should have been able to do everything at same time.

This company charges double to do what… This company charges double to do what you can do yourself through your states DMV site, at least in NY. I found out in minutes and went to New York State DMV site to do it myself(and it was easier). Since they could no longer provide the registration service ( done my me), they had to issue a refund. We'll see if it comes thru.
