My experience was much the same as… My experience was much the same as everyone else that left negative reviews. I thought it was for Florida directly but alas, it was not. Took money before the process was even complete. After asking for information multiple times and trying to upload and get them that information, it would not work. They suggested it was my browser but I tried on multiple devices and nothing worked. So after canceling the order because they could not provide the services I needed, they charged $103 for a service fee and only refunded $10. What a crock, DO NOT use them.

Very user friendly website Very user friendly website. 08/08 Initial order placed. 08/09 Received an email telling me additional information needed to process my tags, needed to upload an e-check certificate and it was a simple drag and drop photo screen. After processing with all information needed, my order shipped the next day. Excellent service, will definitely use again.
