Took money before the process was even complete. After asking for information multiple times and trying to upload and get them that information, it would not work. They suggested it was my browser but I tried on multiple devices and nothing worked. So after canceling the order because they could not provide the services I needed, they charged $103 for a service fee and only refunded $10. What a crock, DO NOT use them.

When you give option to provide to alternative address, please explain required documentation will be needed later & once required documentation is provided there will be more time required to process. Long frustrating experience, should have been able to do everything at same time.
