Good experience Overall, it is an easy process. It is legitimate! I filled out the online questionnaire and someone immediately responded with a quote over the phone. You have to overnight your title to the company and then they pick up the vehicle. Payment was issued after they received the title. I chose the option to bank transfer so it took a few days to process. My process with getting the vehicle picked up was a bit of a hassle due to the people they contracted to pick up my car having their own issues. Communication was mostly fast (over text) but other times slow. And you’re not always texting the same person even though it’s the same number. However, once the car was finally picked up, I would say overall the experience was good.

Dealing with your company was easy and the person I was dealing with was helpful and considerate. Nobody likes to have to junk their car when it’s totalled and the driver that hit you was considered “not at fault” so their insurance wouldn’t make me whole. The car was towed from my driveway and I was given a check right on the spot. I’m grateful for the professionalism and ease of dealing with this unfortunate event.
