Perfect!......almost. Great communication from start to finish except for 1 glitch. On initial agreed pickup day the towing company was a no call no show. After calling carvio they got right on it and pickup was rescheduled for two days later. Went perfect. Driver called to confirm then called again ½ hrs before arriving. Dealing with your company was easy and the person I was dealing with was helpful and considerate. Nobody likes to have to junk their car when it’s totalled and the driver that hit you was considered “not at fault” so their insurance wouldn’t make me whole.
