Always a pleasure We attened the vip event back in June. Calvin was amazing every step of the way from showing us round the cars, ordering and collection/handover. Calvin kept us upto date with the build and when to expected the delivery of our new car which was much earlier than expected. We have been customers of Tates Kia in Pyecombe for several years now and have always found the staff there very Welcoming, informative, friendly and honest.

Excellent customer service provided by Mr Harry, at Tates Hyundai, Brighton Received excellent customer service from Mr Harry, at Tates Hyundai, Brighton, while purchasing hyundai ioniq 5 premium. As i travelled from London to Brighton to collect the car, Mr Harry also made sure the car was fully charged. Many thanks to Mr Harry! Highly Recommended

Buying and documentation experience The actual buying process was good, but one thing lets it down was the after sale documentation side. We had to chase them up several times to get the warranty documentation send to us, it took nearly two months to receive the paperwork. Also the sale manager did not return our calls as requested to discuss the problem, instead we got his minion taking his call which was not reassuring.
