GBAddmotor sucks 4000 spent. Batteries quit in a couple of months and they won’t honor thier warranty. Don’t buy this junk

GBTERRIBLE customer service and faulty… TERRIBLE customer service and faulty trike from addmotor.com My mother purchased their electric trike and she just found that it was a knockoff sent without the charger. She tried to contact the company but no response. Once they get your money, you are on your own!

CAOrdered a bike priced in Canadian… Ordered a bike priced in Canadian dollars when they billed it they charged me almost $200 more. They try to say it was a currency fee or other fee by the bank which is 100% a lie on there part.

GBBeautiful bike Received the HEROTAN 2 weeks ago. The bike looks so beautiful. I got a lot of compliments on the street. Definitely recommend the white one. Good job addmotor.

GBWe purchased two of the M360 trikes in… We purchased two of the M360 trikes in July 2022 and now need to replace the brake pads and we have tried for over a month to contact the company to get the parts and no one will respond to our emails or messages left by phone. My last email even stated that if they did not contact me (and I have tried three or four times and given them plenty of time to respond) that I would post bad reviews and that didn’t even prompt a callback or an email.
