What CUstomer services? I ordeedr from colorado Cycleist, 4 items, two ended not fitting my brakes the pads where to large. the order process was fine. The return process is not good at all. the website says this, Please email supportatcoloradocyclist.com to start the returns and warranty process. I have emailed 3 times and I have not gotten a response. Customer service does not seem to exist at Colorado Cyclist.
