GBWhat CUstomer services? I ordeedr from colorado Cycleist, 4 items, two ended not fitting my brakes the pads where to large. the order process was fine. The return process is not good at all. the website says this, Please email supportatcoloradocyclist.com to start the returns and warranty process. I have emailed 3 times and I have not gotten a response. Customer service does not seem to exist at Colorado Cyclist.

GBSLOW SHIPPING SLOW SHIPPING, RUNAROUND CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED! Ordered an ENVE stem on a Sunday, here it is Friday and the USPS still hasn't received the package. How does it take so long to mail an 8oz item? I email and call them to no solution. Nobody ever answers their phones or returns a message. Staff tell me via email that it is USPS that is to blame - yet the USPS says they haven't been given the package yet. Tracking shows that it has never scanned in at origin post. I have lost all faith in Colorado Cyclist. Do yourself a favor - SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
