Colorado Cyclist has been first class… Colorado Cyclist has been first class for decades. My most recent order contained a bottle of tubeless sealant that leaked during shipping. A second bottle was sent within days.

There was a hold up on my order There was a hold up on my order, but after calling customer service, the problem was resolved and to compensate the order was shipped two-day FedX. Much appreciated! Thanks

SLOW SHIPPING SLOW SHIPPING, RUNAROUND CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED! Ordered an ENVE stem on a Sunday, here it is Friday and the USPS still hasn't received the package. How does it take so long to mail an 8oz item? I email and call them to no solution. Nobody ever answers their phones or returns a message. Staff tell me via email that it is USPS that is to blame - yet the USPS says they haven't been given the package yet. Tracking shows that it has never scanned in at origin post. I have lost all faith in Colorado Cyclist. Do yourself a favor - SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

A Good Seat Pack From a Good Company Silca stuff seems to be first rate, always, at least in my experience. the mattone seat pack is well designed. I like the boa closure. The grande size is what I use for regular gravel riding.

Piston Pro X is Primo Colorado Cyclist has some crazy fast shipping! I had my rack in 2 days after ordering. Kuat outdid themselves on this one. The construction is top notch and it goes together in a matter of minutes. One major plus with this rack is that there is absolutely NO contact with your bike frame. The wheel chocks hold the tires and only the tires, leaving your paint completely untouched. Loading and unloading takes a matter of seconds unless you need to use the (included) security cable that locks directly into the frame base. Another big deal with the Piston Pro X is that Kuat includes a locking hitch pin, and the same key is used for all locks (there are 3) on the rack. And how cool is it that they put LED tail lights on this thing?!? They are visible whether the rack is down and loaded with bikes or folded up in the storage position. The Piston Pro X is pricey, but the quality is definitely there to back it up. If you're in the market for a new rack and you can swing it then this is the one to get.
