GBThe bike that I ordered said it was 26… The bike that I ordered said it was 26 in after reading the review I found out that it was only 19 in so I tried to cancel it 10 minutes after making the order they told me they cannot cancel the order even though it hadn't shipped yet after receiving the order and trying to return it they tell me I am going to get charged a 15% restocking fee and I have to pay for the shipping also they're only going to give me in store credit for the rest. If that isn't bad enough the items they sent me were dented rusted and inferior. Do not order anything from this company they are only all for themselves.

GBI was missing a small part in a multiple parts order, which is fine. Things happen and it was taken care of very quickly. I had a small issue with my order and opened up the 'Live Chat' window and was patched through with a gentleman named, Alvin. He was courteous, knowledgably, and very professional. He made solving my Issue very quick, simple, and painless; just the way I like it. Nobody's always going to be perfect. we're only human, but the customer service at 'BikeBerry' is top notch. especially with people like Alvin on the payroll.
