We have our mobility back, thank you… My wife and I used to ride a lot when we were younger before we had children. We are finally empty nesters again but unable to ride our regular bikes now due to arthritis. The Ocelot bikes have give us our mobility back. We still like to pedal but the assistance from the motor allows us to ride with out pain. I weigh 335 pounds and the motor has no problem getting me around and up hills.

Wife loves her Cruiser Pro, the power and stability gives us the confidence to tackle our local wooded trails. Magic Cycle’s customer service first class, available 24/7. Engineering has listened to the customers, rolling out the new model, Deer SUV, full suspension ebike. Great job Magic Cycle!

Very well built bike, but….. Very well built bike, but battery life is no where near what is advertised on the website, and the customer service response is basically non-existent. They respond with platitudes but no action to resolve the poor battery life or deceptive advertising. The website claims the cruiser will get 55 miles. I can ride about 30 miles on PAS level 1 before my battery is drained. I’m disappointed to say the least. I should be offered a replacement battery.

Magicycle is total joke Magicycle is total joke! Clearly a company conjured out of thin air pimping mediocre products with the worst customer service you can imagine. They screw up what you order and then screw up shipping it to you. And when you inquire about your order they just offer weird CYA BS trying to lay off responsibility to quirks of the cosmos or some other mystical fubar. Do not do business with this company!

Magicycle Space Grey Ocelot Pro eBike I purchased a Magicycle Space Grey Ocelot Pro eBike when first released in Sept. of 2022. It is a great bike and the heavy duty battery has given me many extended miles on my bike trips. I have ridden it on all kinds of terrain from local roads to off road trails, and it is always up to the task. The various levels of pedal assist is easy to use and works flawlessly. The Magicycle Ocelot Pro is a quality product, is very stable, and is reasonably priced for a heavy duty fat tire step thru eBike.
