GBM026TGB bike review Really like the bike. Assembly was straightforward. I would increase the length of the seat post as it was too short and had to buy new ones on both bikes. Also a key or some mechanism to ‘turn off the bike’ would be good so the battery can be left on the bike if on a rack while in class and not in use. Overall, really like the bike.

GBI bought two MT26G e bikes I bought two MT26G e bikes; one of which has a defective cadence sensor; which results in "pedal assist" and "pedal boost" not working properly; second bike all works properly. So far, I am not getting any response from Vivibikes to replace defective sensor.

GBI ordered the wrong battery for my… I ordered the wrong battery for my VIVIEBIKE on March 17 Order VIVI5689. I got approval to return battery and Fedex said you received it two weeks ago. I have not received a refund or any word from you since.
