GBI ordered the wrong battery for my… I ordered the wrong battery for my VIVIEBIKE on March 17 Order VIVI5689. I got approval to return battery and Fedex said you received it two weeks ago. I have not received a refund or any word from you since.

GBI bought two MT26G e bikes I bought two MT26G e bikes; one of which has a defective cadence sensor; which results in "pedal assist" and "pedal boost" not working properly; second bike all works properly. So far, I am not getting any response from Vivibikes to replace defective sensor.

GBI contacted Vivi after my purchase when… I contacted Vivi after my purchase when the completely assembled product, my wife’s Christmas present, did not even come close to operating as advertised. I was told that I would be refunded some of my purchase price, and after a long time never heard from your company again, until now. I am very dissatisfied with this bike, like I said, performs way below the advertised specifications. In no way would I ever do business with this company in the future, not just because the bike doesn’t work, but due to the entire attitude of your staff and failure to follow up. After receiving a response from a Vivi representative, it was the same story on a different day. Vivi still refuses to reimburse me for the product, which is literally junk, and not even a mention of what I was told about a partial refund when I first brought the problem to their attention. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially a family member or friend. I was told that I would have to repackage, in the original container, and ship the bike at my expense. The packaging couldn’t have been reused in any world, and the cost was north of the price I paid originally which the response was simply, it’s not Vivi’s problem. Needless to say, the company is not honest and in no way reputable
