GBI like my Volador I like my Volador! There were delays in production over the winter but QS compensated with free accessories. Liz Xu ,marketing manager, kept me informed of the bike's progress to delivery. It arrived in good shape except the rear fender was dented during shipping. They have offered to pay for repairs. I haven't started looking for who can un-dent it. Very happy with the bike so far. Quick basic setup and everything is working properly.

GBLocking Clamp different tightening nut and no shipping to Hawaii I received the clamp and it fits just fine and will do the job, but I haven't fitted it probably yet. The clamp is secured with a tamper proof star nut and not the small wrench as illustrated in the installation video. That is fine but I now have to buy the tamper proof star drive. The delivery was via USPS but for some reason do not send to Hawaii, and I needed to send via family on the mainland.

GBWe really enjoy our Qualisports Dolphin… We really enjoy our Qualisports Dolphin bikes. We love traveling with them as they fold and fit easily into our truck's back seat area and can be put in and taken out quickly because of their relatively light weight. Once unfolded, they are a fun bike to ride too. We have ridden these bikes on many trails now in many states as we travel and plan for many more miles of smiles! Cheers to 'getting out there' and having fun!
