Great customer service Customer service responds quickly and efficiently. This is the 2nd time I've contacted them and each time a quick and very satisfactory solution has been found. I've been driving a Dolphin for 3 years now, commuting almost every day, and I'm very happy with it.

We really enjoy our Qualisports Dolphin… We really enjoy our Qualisports Dolphin bikes. We love traveling with them as they fold and fit easily into our truck's back seat area and can be put in and taken out quickly because of their relatively light weight. Once unfolded, they are a fun bike to ride too. We have ridden these bikes on many trails now in many states as we travel and plan for many more miles of smiles! Love the bike Love the bike, great quality beautiful black paint. Real human support was easy to obtain. Company willing to support and help with my trouble. Will consider purchasing two more for family members in the future (after they sell eS ooters) and highly these recommend these bikes.
