Unprofessional Unprofessional, won't return calls. Customer service person, Prexy, juggles phones and says "looking in to" or "haven't had time to reply" and then does not respond. Anyone on this site have a suggestion or legal remedy. They sent a engine that was broken, leaking oil. Out the $1100 for engine and $1800 for repair shop to put in this broken engine. Also, name changed from Quality Engines to SW Engines in the 3 months in dealing with them.

Take the vin and run a carfax if you cant get odometer reading, is that unreasonable? Dispute with credit card company. they rejected it. Asked for rereview and have been sending them document after document. Am expecting need to sue

i really i wish i could give a minus… i really i wish i could give a minus star. Worst customer service. Customer service is horrible. They every time give you the response that they'll look into it but never get back to you. They kepp on transferring the phones to another depoartment and keep you on hold for hours. I am trying to get in touch with them since a month.

Wish I had read reviews Wish I had read reviews, ordered a motor in May 2022 it came over a month later too badly damaged to be used, cracked motor mounts, cracked oil pan looked like it rolled to SC. It's January 2023 they picked the motor up in November and still haven't refunded me.
