GBThe absolute WORST customer service The absolute WORST customer service. Their little man said things to me over the phone I can't even repeat here, but let's just say he wouldn't DARE say these things to my face. That's right - a "professional" company sent the WRONG engine I needed and argued with my mechanic that they sent the right one. Then, they took forever to finally pick up their WRONG engine (without any notice), then they only refunded LESS than HALF what was owed. COMPLETE FRAUDS....

GB"CANN'T TRUST" "READREVIEWS", ordered a two different motor in 2022 it came over a month later too badly damaged to be used, "CRACKED HEAD". Never put engine in truck! Made a warranty claim. couldn't get anyone to talk to me. They picked the motor up in and still haven't refunded me. The second engine was full of dirt dauber nest and and kept clogging up oil cooler. and "NO WARRANTY" CANN'T TRUST THIS COPANY!

GBWish I had read reviews Wish I had read reviews, ordered a motor in May 2022 it came over a month later too badly damaged to be used, cracked motor mounts, cracked oil pan looked like it rolled to SC. It's January 2023 they picked the motor up in November and still haven't refunded me.

GBI see a lot of bad reviews and I feel… I see a lot of bad reviews and I feel for them people cuz I've had bad experiences elsewhere so I understand... I must have gotten lucky cuz I got a engine for a 2009 Lincoln MKS and it purrs like a new engine.... Idk much about engine but I know the one I got runs beautifully

GBBiggest pile of junk engine I ever… Biggest pile of junk engine I ever bought was told it was a 66k mile 3.5L Ford engine that was a joke more like a 266k mile engine, oil was dripping from the intake so if you know anything about engines that means blow by which it is oil passing by the piston rings . I was lucky filed a claim on my credit card and got my money back. DO NOT buy from this junk yard they will rip you off if they can! If you want to see something interesting look at YOUTUBE pull up KSHB 41 news report on Quality Used Engines if this does not confirm that they are a SCAM RIP OFF Company then nothing will BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
