GBBuyer Beware! Buyer beware! It's been a terrible experience trying to work with SW Engine, they sell junk product and won't answer their phone or return messages. As a small auto repair shop, we've lost at least two thousand dollars selling their junk engine to our customer. We stand behind the product we sell and we are stuck with the bill repairing their crap motor to keep our reputation.

GBSCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Do not ever recommend!! This is the shadiest “company” I have ever dealt with! Don’t waste your precious time or hard earned money with this scam of a company! Customer service is a complete joke… they are either the most incompetent people or just the shadiest!! They owe me $1200 for a labor warranty claim. I may have to file a lawsuit since this shady company refuses to send my money, refuses to give any information about the owner, president, management or any contact information. I don’t know how they keep getting away with this! Check other reviews, they are all similar. It’s a huge problem! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

GBBUYER BEWARE Quoted 67k miles "tested" engine. NO paperwork package/proof of records. Shipped on mini pallet, sitting on used tire with one steel band wrapped in shrink wrap. Boy was I a sucker and I thought my online ordering habits were solid. One lapse in judgement wasted almost $2k. No customer service, no order details (repetitive canned responses each call). Shipping notice did arrive late via email so that was about the only positive attribute. The engine that arrived looks like it was pulled from a million mile oil bath and rolled down a concrete driveway. Valve covers were both broken, looks like head gaskets had been replaced, mix match bolts. Heavy carbon deposits in exhaust ports, debris in the intake openings. Oil pan dented, At least 1/8th inch dry gummy oil on entire top half of block, even where there should be no oil. Relatively new looking water pump. Manifold and exhaust mating surfaces scratched. BUYER BEWARE I'm cutting my losses and moving on.
