GBWent with these guys because the… Went with these guys because the website promised a steam cleaned, shrink wrapped and crated, tested engine. What I got was an engine unsecured on a broken freight pallet, lying on it's side, no wrapping, intake and exhaust ports left open to the elements, dirty engine oil left in the crankcase, hole in the cast aluminum valve cover, cut hoses and harnesses, rust and grime etc. Look at the pictures.

GBBuyer Beware! Buyer beware! It's been a terrible experience trying to work with SW Engine, they sell junk product and won't answer their phone or return messages. As a small auto repair shop, we've lost at least two thousand dollars selling their junk engine to our customer. We stand behind the product we sell and we are stuck with the bill repairing their crap motor to keep our reputation.

GBSWENGINE is the Absolute worst. I mean the f...ing worst. The customer service people hang up when they can't answer a question. It happened 5 times in a row. At first I thought it was phone trouble. I asked repeatedly to speak with a supervisor. No one had any problems with hanging up because there is no recourse or penalty. Who can I complain to... NO ONE. It's been months since starting this process. They sent an engine that was not worth it. My certified BMW mechanics refused to put it in my car. Their words were this engine is really bad. Some one came to pick up the faulty engine. SWengine never emailed me the "Bill of Lading" so they could not take it. My mechanic shop is charging me for storage space now. My car (BMW X5) and that really bad engine has been in there there location since FEB. No help or response from SWengine. I wonder how they're in business. It's mind blowing

GB**** Be Aware**** No Professionalism… **** Be Aware**** No Professionalism at ALL**** 4 mouths no Engine I purchased Set on the 20th, 2022, and as of today, I have not received the engine. My invoice number is # 404735. SW "shipping Manager never answer any call after over four months. One of the Managers, Steve, does not even know how to delete his own cellphone voicemail it becomes impossible to get anything done if you can not get anyone to give any update. One time I spoke with Nick at shipping that he would call be back but no callback.

Everything he said in his review is exactly what I am going through right now. •Motor took more than 30 days to receive •The motor received was trash •Hard to contact and get answers •Transfers always fail •Direct numbers given supposably of managers - never call back after numerous calls and voicemails (unresponsive)
