ESHotel reservation FRAUDULENT Hotel reservation. I needed to change it. website customer service chat etc are blocked. I emailed Robot reply directed me to a telphone number . They were not Hotwire but Expedia . they advised me the reservation number did not exist providing Hotwire direct line . That number doesnt answer , I found another Hotwire department who also advised reservation didnt exist and I should I should cancel the VISA payment. Thats impossible with an Spanish bank . Hotwire hide without any manner of contacting them . thus theyre classed as FRAUDULENT operation. DONT DEAL WITH THEM EVER YOU LL LOSE YOUR MONEY

GBI love it, not sure why it's got bad reviews Not sure why everyone is leaving bad reviews for hotwire - I've had some great deals from the company in the past. In Europe I saved some serious cash on hotels (I had a room worth $350 USD a night for under $150 a night on hotwire). I've saved tons of money on rental cars too under their hot deals - often times more than several hundred dollars compared to competitors. Obviously you need to be careful because you cannot be refunded for any of these rooms or cars.

GBhotwire refuse to give refud booked a room for out of town trip on arrival we received the key went to the room and the door was broken. entered room with funky smell and floor was dirty. bed was made but sheets were stained. went back to front desk to ask for refund and told us we had to go thru hotwire for it. i ask for pholio for confirmation of cancelling room to give to hotwire. no one answered tha for the week so i let text and received a response 2 days later which equal 4 days siince cancelling room. hot wire refused to give refund and offed a 25 hotwire bucks crap. hotel was not safe nor clean which we did not stay. why is it so hard to receive a refund?

GBHorrible website Horrible website. Website was messed up so everything I made a reservation I never received a confirmation email and never showed under my itinerary so I assumed the bookings weren't going though which has happened in the past so I tried 2 more times and the same problem happened. Then I check my bank account and saw the transactions went through. After I contacted hotwire about the transactions they admitted that they are having problems with their website but said they can only refund me for 1 transaction of the 3. I then asked if they can move the date of the second transaction and they said they can't. So I asked them why even tho this is their fault and that they admitted to it being their fault they could not refund me money for both transactions? They said its against their policy. Never using this scam website again.

GBZERO STARS. Stole our money. Wish ZERO stars was an option. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to adjust the dates of our car rental for an out-of-state trip. Hotwire REFUSED TO HELP. Completely refused to switch our dates or refund our money. We paid over $1000 to Hotwire for a service we DID NOT receive, since our trip dates had changed. Customer service was absolutely useless. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE THIEVES!!!
