About City Lending

Founded in 2015, City Lending is managed by a team of experts with decades of experience in the auto loan industry. Our foremost concerns are customer service, ensuring that the process goes smoothly, and getting our customers loans that don't break their budgets. We find you the car you want. We help get you the best deal possible on a new loan, or get out from under a problematic loan with a refinance. We enable you to skip the inconvenience and aggravation associated with car dealerships. Our charter is to provide a quality experience for our customers when they purchase an automobile and work with a reputable dealership to secure financing and the car of your dreams. We work directly with an extensive network of leading car dealers nationwide to provide favorable interest rates and monthly payments for each customer. Our dealerships are chosen because they offer the best rates and the best service in your area. Our courteous, professional customer service representatives do not work on commission, and we require that they all have prior lending experience. In short, the people at City Lending care. We know our livelihood depends upon each customer having a favorable experience.

Robocall Hell Receive numerous robocalls from various numbers daily! The voice-mail are all the same, "we have an update on your loan application" but I have nevwr applied for or spoken to anyone a out a loan. I block and report every number they call from but it's so annoying and exhausting.

We found City Lending to be VERY… We found City Lending to be VERY unprofessional, unethical and an undermanaged company. The employees had no idea what they were doing, communication amongst staff was lacking. By far, it was the most anguishing experience we had to deal with. We had to change our closing date four times because loan wasn't processed in underwriting. Sabrina Swaby, (loan officer) was crude and clueless, she was requesting documents from us that we had already provided as well as having to send the same documents to different people multiple times. I had to take a day off from work to go into their offices in person to get answers, since no one was replying to our emails. KEEP AWAY from City Lending.

Buying experience To be quite honest, we were not even considering paying a newer vehicle until we received the mailer from City Lending. As a result, we now have a 2016 Nissan Frontier pick up. My wife absolutely loves it. Of course, my only complaint is, apparently I didn’t qualify for the lower interest rate. Other than that, the company stuck with us until we actually drove away in our newer vehicle.

In my honest opinion In my honest opinion, the salesmen were somewhat straightforward, although I did get a new car off my trade in, I feel I could have gotten a better deal. The fact that my 2015 ford fusion was fully loaded, I got a 2018 vehicle that's partially loaded. I was expecting equal value for my trade
