GBDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CITY LENDING… DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CITY LENDING THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUD I HAVE 690 FICO AND GREAT INCOME TO DEBT THIS COMPANY IOS A FRAUD PROMISED TO EXPEDITE THE FINANCING AND GET ME A CAR BUT THE REP NEVER EVEN CALLED THE CAR DEALER NEVER CALLED ME BACK WHEN I FOLLOWED UPN THE NEXT DAY A NEW RUDE REP TOLD ME THAT GUY IS NOT HERE I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR CASE AND WE ONLY FINANCE CARS THROUGH HYUNDAI NO ONE ELSE? IT WAS LATE SO THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THE DEALER TO BUY THE CAR ANY HOW AND LET THEM FINANCE ME BUT THEY SOLD THE CAR THAT AFTERNOON DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CITY DONT LOSE AN OPPORTUNITY TI LIES AND EMPTY PROMISES

GBWe found City Lending to be VERY… We found City Lending to be VERY unprofessional, unethical and an undermanaged company. The employees had no idea what they were doing, communication amongst staff was lacking. By far, it was the most anguishing experience we had to deal with. We had to change our closing date four times because loan wasn't processed in underwriting. Sabrina Swaby, (loan officer) was crude and clueless, she was requesting documents from us that we had already provided as well as having to send the same documents to different people multiple times. I had to take a day off from work to go into their offices in person to get answers, since no one was replying to our emails. KEEP AWAY from City Lending.
