Website states incorrect vehicle fitment and they won’t stand by their word. MyMoparParts vin lookup and fitment check said the part I purchased would fit my vehicle. Once the item arrived, I tried to install without success. The item did not fit my vehicle model and MyMoparParts would not admit fault and wouldn’t pay for a return shipping label. Their website states incorrect information and they won’t stand by it. Do not trust these scam artists.

I highly recommend not using this… I highly recommend not using this company, I order two motor mounts nearly a month ago, called today and found out they cancelled the order, the person I spoke to said that they suspected fraud. I asked to speak to a manager to work though this and they would not listen and hung up. most likely they don't have the parts. my 2 cents is by pass this company do yourself a favor. not worth the effort or aggravation.

missing merchandise I ordered a gasket set for six upper and six lower manifold gaskets and they only shipped me one gasket. I cannot perform the work without the remaining parts and this company "Does Not" answer the phone or return emails. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company for the difference and will NEVER use these clowns again. Save your self some aggravation and do not order anything from them.

Fraudulent advertisement on Amazon for… Fraudulent advertisement on Amazon for a NEW Chrysler Part Number 52088272AD. Sent me a REMAN unit, Part Number R2088272AI. Sent back. They said they would remove lying Amazon ad. Tried charging for re-stock. Got all money back via credit card and filed fraud report with Texas Attorney General on 29 September 2018.

I ordered door latches and not only did… I ordered door latches and not only did they send the wrong part, it was obviously used. The told me I had to pay for shipping to return and then took a restocking fee from the refund.
