GBStay away I bought used 2007 Mazda 5 on 5 February 2019 through this vendor and the online advertisement clearly stated that the title is clean. After I received the invoice and paid for the car and the car was delivered I was told that the title is in fact pending and that I will have to wait up to 30 days to get the title. I was told that this is what a letter "P" on the invoice meant. This was never mentioned or explained to me before purchasing the car. In some US states you can not leave the car even on the street without the plates - which is the case of my state New York as well - otherwise the car will be towed and I would incur cost for towing and storage (and obviously I can't get the plates without the title). Had the advertisement clearly stated that the title was pending and it may take up to 30 days to receive it, I would not purchase the car. To this date (19 March 2019) I have not received the title and for fear of further cost when towed I donated the car to Kars4Kids. I consider this false and fraudulent advertising. I contacted the customer service numerous times only to hear promises that I will get the title soon and that it is my fault that I should have known about the "P" on the invoice. Despite the fact that once I got the invoice it meant that I committed to buy the car already and I committed to pay for it before the invoice was issued.

FRI registered to buy a cI regret I should have run awayar about 15 days… I registered to buy a car about 15 days ago and to be able to bid I charged 2000 dollars. not having found a car corresponding to my search, I wanted to recover my deposit of 2000 dollars and in order to be able to recover them, I was asked to close my account. done for 1 week and no refund. I have 2000 dollars sleeping at plc auction, I sent emails, I went to the contact form on their site, I sent messages on messenger, I sent messages to the dedicated person on whatsapp, I tried to communicate via Facebook posts and no responses. I hope I didn't get cheated.

GBThey 100% provide the service they say they will. Buyers need to know Auto Auction Mall is providing service. They are not providing guarantee. If you are able to do smart research and are willing to take a risk you can get a great car at a great price. If you can’t do smart research you need to pay extra at a dealership. Peter and his awesome crew allow you to take any risk you as an adult want to. It isn’t on them if you make a bad choice. I knew the title was going to take time to arrive. The only room for improvement I can’t see would be them providing estimated time frame. Any negative reviews I have read are from people that weren't able to do smart research and understand risk. 2011 Nissan Juke. Great condition

GBBeware of the hidden fees( schedule A&B) Auto auction mall wasn't honest about the auction fees please review (schedule A and B at Copart site) because they charge you for B eventhough you send them a wire transfer. Schedule B fee is for credit card payment and the auction fee for that one is high, schedule A is for wire transfer which is cheaper but they refuse to use that fee, instead they use schedule B fee. So I don't hink it's right when there is hidden fees like this. New buyers please trust me and dont buy from them and go somewhere else.

GBBeware!!! You won't be able to register your car!!!!!! I Bought a car on August 21st through AutoAuctionMall and their manager Peter Anderson wont transfer it to me, I still don't have documentation over a month later. I have had to hire a lawyer to get my car!!! Do not use this site!!! Update. Their response tells you all you need to know about them. Please note, they did offer to send me my documentation ... if I removed the bad review. THAT IS EXTORTION!!!! Update 2: At this point you have shown how honest you are. Too bad I remember my conversations with you. Readers can make their own mind up about you.
