Unknown Order Delivery Date I ordered 6 products, two arrived, the other 4 items I cannot get a ship date, or any information after multiple e-mails, phone calls, and chats. The website shows order/delivery complete. Morris 4x4 response was to email order number - I already have, now three emails sent , one phone call and one online chat - all with the order number provided....no response,,,,I tried to cancel, no response. 10 days after the order is placed and paid for $400 worth of product with no idea if I will ever receive it.

Ridiculously bad customer service Ridiculously bad customer service, my package arrived with some parts missing. Over 2 months later l still haven't got my parts. Repeatedly lied too by numerous staff members by email and online chat, no one cares.....you are literally wasting your breath trying to complain. I ended up chatting to 'Bailey' on their Instagram page, again nothing but lies and stalling. The incompetence and lack of professionalism is simply mind blowing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered a trektop nx for my jl wrangler was told it was in stock ready to ship. They IMMEDIATELY charged my card the $1001.64 THEN the next day I get an E mail the product was out of stock! BUT It seems this is all NORMAL behavior for this company if you read the other reviews like I should have but did not. Non existent customer service AND the website is conveniently down. Once they have your money they disappear...No one will answer the phone or even reply to E mails. So I as others have done resorted to calling my card company to report fraud and wait for them to sort it out. No wonder the better business bureau has given them an F rating!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Do not even think to spent any penny at… Do not even think to spent any penny at this scam company! Placed order back in February 2023, FedEx lost it and refused to accept my claim and insisted for sender to claim lost package cost. Been in communications since then and now can get any reply. Been promised to be refunded since April by Eden Del Rosario and Mae Ventura, and been ignore since early June. It's a $700 dollar order that i didn't received. its just been stolen from me. i van provide multiple evidences of communications and etc.. Lets get together and sue that scam!

STAY AWAY | SCAM BUSINESS On May 1, 2023 i reached out to the Morris in requesting a refund for the defective product. The product sent was defective when installing it in my vehicle. It’s a brake booster, which controls the entire vehicle braking system. If it’s defective, it will cause an accident. This is a huge matter for a company that sent a faulty item. The merchant responded and said they would need to reach out to the manufacturer to process this return. I was confused as to why they need to contact the manufacturer for a return that was bought directly from the Morris 4x4 website. As a customer, we have rights to return a defective product (stated in their return policy), and the process should be easily handled. However, their support and service was difficult. This has caused more time, money and energy as the vehicle is my daily driver and now it does not operate. I recommend to shop elsewhere, and save yourself the time in getting quality parts from a reliable source. I should have checked the reviews on the internet prior to purchasing such an expensive product that i still have not receive my refund for a defective product after shipping it back to them.
