Poor product & Customer Service I didn't even want to give 1 star, but I ordered the red & black shark grill for my vehicle paid 200 for it and had it less than 6 months and it started peeling. I wrote the company and they state its due to washing it and sun exposure,what kind of company sells exterior car parts and states something like this to their customers. They weren't even willing to make it right. So buyer beware do not order from this company or this part.

AVOID AT ALL COST I ordered a rear wheel cover. Got confirmation of order. Never received tracking code, OR confirmation of shipment. 800 number disconnected. Email bounced. called direct left left several messages, none returned. It as been a month and no response. I have filed a complaint with the credit card people. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH, AVOID AT ALL COST

Purchased a new bumper Purchased a new bumper. 3 months later, no word from the seller, no response from multiple attempts to be reimbursed or receive product. Credit card company conducted an investigation as well and was unable to contact seller. A little background investigation of the phone and address will confirm: do not purchase from this seller.

Broken glass everywhere Ordered some mirrors and currently my items has been located at the same for 3 days since it was supposed to be delivered. Now looking at other reviews I can see this isn't a 1 time thing avoid here no matter what. Update: Finally arrived after contacting the "company" although broken since they can't package anything to save their own live or "Business" for that matter. Trying to get to a refund now, maybe this review will go up if that actually happens.
