Purchased a new bumper Purchased a new bumper. 3 months later, no word from the seller, no response from multiple attempts to be reimbursed or receive product. Credit card company conducted an investigation as well and was unable to contact seller. A little background investigation of the phone and address will confirm: do not purchase from this seller.

I wish I had read the reviews here… I wish I had read the reviews here before. I ordered on a Friday morning and contacted them Monday night to find out when my order would ship, as soon as I got the “Hello Friend” email I started looking. Long story short, the item finally shipped, arrived and was what I ordered. The issue is it is a name brand item that they resold, I looked up the item and found it directly from the manufacturer for $299, they charged me $499. I am a sucker, buyer beware. I am not sure I would have received it had I not pressed the issue and threatened to request a refund from PayPal and Discover. I did manage to get a $40 credit back for the delay in shipping.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. We purchased a grill on October 17, 2018. As of to date money was taken from our account, no grill received and many attempts to be in contact with seller...no return email and no phone number to contact. Will be investigated by bank. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Had it in the card , but just before I opted to pay with PayPal....thought I would research for reviews....so glad I did. Sorry to all who got scammed but my gratitude to all who posted reviews. I'll shop elsewhere.

Can I give less than 1 star Can I give less than 1 star? HORRIBLE company. Ordered headlights for my Jeep and waited over a month to get them. Unable to contact company. Won’t return phone calls or emails. Headlights are obviously used and absolutely beat to hell because of poor packaging. Not shipped in factory box, no instructions, and missing a wiring harness. Attempted to get refund, but they refuse to answer phone calls or emails. Filed complaint with BBB and moving on to fraud complaint with MasterCard. What a s**t company. Do I need to advise not to do business with them?
