Do not buy anything from them I ordered a Hard Top Carrier Storage Cart Rack for my jeep wrangler. The quality of the item was very poor, it did not fit the hardtop and it kept tipping over. It scratched my hardtop and I ended up not using it. There was no assembly instructions or any type of instructions. The rack was $120 and according to their refund policy, if I choose to return this item I would have to pay shipping cost to their warehouse in California and they will deduct the original shipping cost from my refund. A complete waste of money.

Had it in the card , but just before I opted to pay with PayPal....thought I would research for reviews....so glad I did. Sorry to all who got scammed but my gratitude to all who posted reviews. Wildrock 4x4 is a Scam Company! I ordered a jeep grill as a Christmas… Wildrock4x4 is a scam company! I ordered a jeep grill as a Christmas gift for my husband. He decided he wanted a different one. I contacted Wildrock to return it. All their email responses seem computer generated. I have asked repeatedly for their phone number. And proper return address. I returned the item to the address on the box, and after many emails, they finally said, you sent it, to the wrong address, sorry. I have since seen they have an F rating with the BBB, I will never do business with them again!! What kind of business doesnt provide a proper phone number!!

My husband love the grille I was looking everywhere to get a special grille as a birthday present for my husband's 2008 4 door wrangler. Everything I found was matte black one(which is definitely not what I was looking for).The car is Ocean Blue. I contacted these guys and they were able to make it.I sent them the color code, they adjusted the paint color several times, and made a same color grille for me. I cannot express how happy I was when I received it. Many thanks.

I wish I had read the reviews here… I wish I had read the reviews here before. I ordered on a Friday morning and contacted them Monday night to find out when my order would ship, as soon as I got the “Hello Friend” email I started looking. Long story short, the item finally shipped, arrived and was what I ordered. The issue is it is a name brand item that they resold, I looked up the item and found it directly from the manufacturer for $299, they charged me $499. I am a sucker, buyer beware. I am not sure I would have received it had I not pressed the issue and threatened to request a refund from PayPal and Discover. I did manage to get a $40 credit back for the delay in shipping.
