AVOID AT ALL COST I ordered a rear wheel cover. Got confirmation of order. Never received tracking code, OR confirmation of shipment. 800 number disconnected. Email bounced. called direct left left several messages, none returned. It as been a month and no response. I have filed a complaint with the credit card people. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH, AVOID AT ALL COST

Great site for my jeep First of all, I am very grateful to wildrock4x4. My first purchase at wildrock in August last year for my new car, and since then, it has become my only choice. The reason is not only that I can get what I want here, But more that I get great support and service. Once I wanted to buy something that they didn't have. Can I give less than 1 star Can I give less than 1 star? HORRIBLE company. Ordered headlights for my Jeep and waited over a month to get them. Unable to contact company. Won’t return phone calls or emails. Headlights are obviously used and absolutely beat to hell because of poor packaging. Not shipped in factory box, no instructions, and missing a wiring harness. Attempted to get refund, but they refuse to answer phone calls or emails. Filed complaint with BBB and moving on to fraud complaint with MasterCard. What a s**t company. Do I need to advise not to do business with them?

Do not order from this place Do not order from this place. I should have known after the number was incorrect and the address was bogus. We placed an order and never received confirmation, multiple emails, nothing. This company is a scam. I am now disputing this claim and will have some people look into this company. Shame.

Purchased a new bumper Purchased a new bumper. 3 months later, no word from the seller, no response from multiple attempts to be reimbursed or receive product. Credit card company conducted an investigation as well and was unable to contact seller. A little background investigation of the phone and address will confirm: do not purchase from this seller.
