Ordered a pair of factory 47… Ordered a pair of factory 47 handlebars. They sent me the wrong ones. She asked me what the sticker was on the packaging which was correct, but the bars were completely different. Didn’t really make an effort to make it right just pretty much offered to refund. If this one was Stickered wrong they all would be. Not really sure why they couldn’t physically check before sending ended up just ordering from factory 47. Will never use this company again

Horrible all the way around Horrible all the way around! They sent me bars that looked like someone had returned. Thrown back in a box which when I received one end of the bar was sticking out of the box, tape all over the handle bar and missing hardware Called customer service Kassondra Sweeney which had an attitude like if their poor customer service and crappy packaging and service was my fault. Not even an apology. I should have read the reviews before giving them my business. Live and learn

Bought S&S valve spring kit for my 74… Bought S&S valve spring kit for my 74 sportster, alternate part number was listed. Received kpmi kit. Website didn't mention alternate number was not S&S. Nobody could answer question if kibble white makes for S&S. All the springs in the kit were under Harley specification of 1&1/2 outer spring and 1&23/64 for inner spring. So, they repackaged some bad springs and sold them. I am waiting to hear from technical support to clarify this issue. Also contacted kpmi to alert them and see if they can help to clarify this situation.

Old tires sold as "New" I ordered 2 supposedly new tires from Dennis Kirk. They showed up fast. The front tire is fine but the rear tire has a manufacture date of MORE than 1.5 years ago. I have never accepted a tire that was sold as "NEW" more than 6 months old. Called customer service and was rudely told there is nothing they can do. Next stop is BBB. Never buy from this company. I have another motorcycle I need tires and parts for and I will never spend another cent at Dennis twerp.
