GBOrdered cable set at 20% off Ordered cable set at 20% off, received wrong one, re ordered correct one (same exact retail price) so i could use box from original order, sent back original order was credited less than i paid, but was charge full retail for the replacement, called and was told too bad. There are way more accommodating places to buy moto parts from...they don't care about you here... women on the phone is just nasty....

GBHorrible all the way around Horrible all the way around! They sent me bars that looked like someone had returned. Thrown back in a box which when I received one end of the bar was sticking out of the box, tape all over the handle bar and missing hardware Called customer service Kassondra Sweeney which had an attitude like if their poor customer service and crappy packaging and service was my fault. Not even an apology. I should have read the reviews before giving them my business. Live and learn

THIncompetent shop I asked for the cobra fi 2000 for my sportster xl 1200 t superlow. They answerd with a part number but theyr site show that this is not for that type of motorbike They have no competence and dont do any conversation with customers only send some links Dont order from this shop

GBWe purchased an item a year ago from… We purchased an item a year ago from Dennis Kirk and we were charged on our American Express card ….. just recently we used affirm and canceled the order and refused the package …. Deb in customer care only gave us a partial refund cause of a mix up with American Express …. Not even related to Affirm ….. legal action is next unless refunded on an item we Never received ….

GBTruly the most unprofessional company… Truly the most unprofessional company i've ever dealt with. Not only did the send me the wrong part for my BMW moto, the part what i originally bought they don't even actually carry. Customer service was less than professional at handling my issue. I would not recommend dealing with Dennis Kirk.
