GBI ordered an engine and transmission… I ordered an engine and transmission for my Pathfinder. Not only did the pricing beat every other site I looked at but the shipping costs were covered and the parts arrived on time, the drivers went above and beyond to help unload, and the parts were in great shape. I hope to not have to replace these big parts again, but if i do I'll be using Automotix. No question.

GBEngine came with loose strap (one strap… Engine came with loose strap (one strap and loose), engine was about 45 degree tilted and about 30 degree side way, the oil pan was smashed, oil pick up or strainer was damaged, I had to replace with my old one. I was really tight on schedule, don't have to time to way for another engine to come. Seems like the engine has been uncovered outside for awhile too. Waiting for couple other things before fire it up. Hope everything else ok.

GBDon't patron this vendor I purchase a rear axle from this vendor. Scheduled delivery 11/22/23. On that day I had staff ready to unload that parts. "NO SHOW" tracking showed it was local. After the Thanksgiving holiday I contacted the delivery company.... Re-scheduled for 11/28/23... Called supplier (9am) and they verified delivery.... Got a call at 1pm, cancelling delivery... PROBLEM: Unit was shipped back to vendor and I was billed $300. Re-stocking fee.

GBAd says quick 3-4 day shipping and its NOT and customer service is LOUSY Ad says quick 3-4 day shipping, but NOT SO. Order got processed quickly, and a tracking number was sent, but a day after we were told it was to be delivered, not delivered. called customer service, and she was RUDE and lousy, argumentative, and apparently it hasnt left the terminal?? Then later in the day, they called back and said it will be delivered tomorrow? Guess we will see, but will never order from this company again, since we now have a pissed off customer!

GBWould never go do this again After purchasing a transmission I was throwing a code for a bad speed turbine. When I contacted automotix they told me they wouldn't warranty it unless it was at a shop, and that the labor wouldn't be covered, only the defective part. Well now after all said and done I'm out more money in labor than the original transmission costed me. I basically repaired their transmission out of my own pocket when I paid for a working one. This company will RIP YOU OFF.
