HELL TO THE NO!!! DO NOT do business with this company. Bad engines, poor customer service, no refund or resolve. Asked to speak with a supervisor on numerous occasions, and the response that was given was “we don’t do that here.” Biggest SCAM of all time.

The advertisement said New Radiator and… The advertisement said New Radiator and it was not a new radiator. I and pissed! I was charged $85 for the radiator and $145 for shipping. I received the package 2 days from when I ordered it which was a plus. It was wrapped in bubble wrap but dirty and greasy.

Unable to return wrong engine. The engine we ordered was a slightly different configuration than we needed. When we went to return it, they just put us on hold until we hung up (multiple times) and when they did finally answer, they said we were outside the 30-day return period. Nice game. Terrible business practices. DO NOT BUY!

I ended up having to cancel purchased… I ended up having to cancel purchased part. Refund was successfully provided, the process was flawless. Amazon was also involved with the transaction. I will tell all of my automotive repair friends and associates about your website and fantastic prices. I will be using your services now that I know of your existence.
