I had an awful experience with your… I had an awful experience with your company. To start off with the company you used to ship my engine which cost over $1,400 by the way did not strap the engine down in the trailer. Also when the liftgate driver came the engine fell off of the liftgate damaging the engine further. Also your customer service is horrible. I asked for a refund, and haven't received it yet and it's been 7 days. If I don't receive it in two days, I'm reporting you to the BBB and contacting my lawyer for proceedings.

Never again I will never recommend this company of any parts. They sale used parts without making sure the part even work. I purchased apart for 120 that cost 420 to fix because they are super negligent in the parts they are selling. They are selling anything and not caring if it works or not! I will never purchase anything from them again or recommend them for nothing. They sale yes faulty parts and u will foot the bill all by yourself!

BIG RIPOFF AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! Not a very good experience...Overpriced used auto parts ..I overpaid for used alternator.Wanted to charge a ridiculous restocking fee (35$)..Cut my loss ..Do not do business with you will regret it !!!Go to a parts yard and pull it yourself save yourself $100 !!I would leave zero stars if given the opportunity!!

I ordered an engine and transmission… I ordered an engine and transmission for my Pathfinder. Not only did the pricing beat every other site I looked at but the shipping costs were covered and the parts arrived on time, the drivers went above and beyond to help unload, and the parts were in great shape. I hope to not have to replace these big parts again, but if i do I'll be using Automotix. No question.
