Extremely dissatisfied Extremely dissatisfied! I ordered a diamond eye 3.5-in muffler delete pipe for my '03 5.9 diesel. They sent the wrong part, made me pay return shipping and then added a 15% restocking fee... It ended up costing me 68.41 for their mistake. Stay far far away and heed all these reviews. They did not even bother to put it in a box. They just slapped a shipping label on the pipe and it showed up with the end slightly bent

Bad customer service I ordered a diablosport intune i2 programmer from KT performance for a 2007 GMC Sierra 5.3. I even left a comment in the description box with details on my truck.It was supposed to arrive on Thursday an extra day was added. Got it on Friday. Opened up the box and it was a Superchips programmer for a FORD!! Now I have been diligently trying to get my product or my money returned back to me. It is now Tuesday and still no product or resolution from this company after contacting them Friday morning letting them know they sent the wrong product and I was informed someone would contact me by end of day Friday, but nobody did. The guys at KT working on it seemed like they were trying to resolve the issue, but the supplier for KT Performance doesn't seem to care what they give you, nor do they pay attention to the comments on your order. Finally, after speaking to the guys at KT they got me a return label, but still don't have my product, and can't get it til I return the wrong product they sent. I have been totally honest in my review of this order and I will never place another order with KT Performance. I had to call KT performance on every occasion. I waited til 10a.m. one morning, lunch time another, and 3 pm another day before I called them, because they had not contacted me as I was told. That's why we were in contact everyday. By the way, I placed this order April 14th today being May 5th, 2020 and I still don't have my money after returning the product, but was sent an email confirming my refund yesterday.

Useless Useless, you put an order in. You wait a week and when you call to find out were your item is they say it is not in stock. I should have known when I saw all the other bad reviews. Very unprofessional.

I'm doing a rebuild on my engine and … I'm doing a rebuild on my engine and these are factory replacement standard bearings just as the company says they are. The price was way better than buying from Ford obviously and was the best price around at the time when I purchased. I didn't pay any extra for shipping and my bearings showed up in about 4 days.

I ordered a clutch kit from kt… I ordered a clutch kit from kt proformance thinking it was a twin disk clutch kit as shown in the picture they provided on their website but come to find out it was a single disk clutch kit. That wasnt the worst part i ordered the kit and waited for it to ship after a week i never got an email from them saying it shipped. I had to call them to find out what was going on and they found it was a problem in their system they said they would give me a call back and they never did i had to call them 2 more times before it finally got shipped out. All in all i had to wait over 2 weeks to get the clutch kit and to find out it wasnt what i needed so i called them up to ship it back and it took them 2 weeks to email me the return information. This is the worst customer service and worst company ive ever bought parts from.
