GBThis Company is Like Talking to a Brick Wall I had bought some wheels from this company and found out they did not fit my vehicle. This is when I first tried to receive a return address. This alone took over 5 days of emailing back and forth because this company does not have a person to answer the phone ever, and I mean ever. This phone will always ring until you have to leave a message. Then once I had received the return address, I shipped the wheels back to the address and waited two weeks. After two weeks, I noticed they hadn't returned my money yet. This is when I emailed/"called" them and explained that I hadn't received my money back yet. After 2 days I finally received an email that stated they still hadn't processed two of my wheels, yet I had given them two weeks to do this. After this, I then emailed/called daily so I could receive updates. After two more days, I then received an email that stated they were still working on this issue. Finally, after another week, they then sent me an email that stated they deducted 20% off my rims and never explained why they did this. I would never want anyone to go through what I had to go through to get this refund.

GBWish I could give them NO STARS! Wish I could give them less than one star. Ordered wheels showing in stock and they sent confirmation on order, Then they didn't bother to to tell me they canceled order because they didn't actually have the wheels and lied that they sent me a notice. Stay as far away as you can!

GBOrder Made... then, Nothing. BUT THEN RESOLUTION To their credit, in the end Finish Line Wheels made everything right. Here's the gist of what happened. I made the order. They processed the payment and confirmed the order (presumably automated). I expected the wheel to ship quickly and receive it within a week or so per their website. After a week without hearing anything further I attempted to contact by phone (where I left a message), and email to both their info@finishlinewheels and dave@finishlinewheels addresses requesting a status update. After 10 days I made another attempt to contact Finish Line Wheels by phone and email. After 13 days I requested cancellation of my order, filed a dispute with the credit card company, and re-ordered the wheel from a different vendor who confirmed the order and then provided shipping info including the tracking number within 8 hours of placing the order. After 15 days I received an email from Bobby at Finish Line Wheels, with a tracking number, although they had shipped the rim a week earlier this was my first communication from Finish Line Wheels since the initial order confirmation. I requested that the shipment be stopped, and Bobby asked me to refuse delivery, unfortunately I was at work, it was being delivered at essentially the same time that Bobby & I began communicating by email. I offered to return the rim to Finish Line Wheels at their expense as I did not need 2 rims. FINISH LINE WHEELS TOLD ME TO KEEP THE RIM AND ISSUED A FULL REFUND. So, once Finish Line Wheels did get in touch they gave 5 star service and made everything right. According to Bobby, they had a lot of people out sick, which may well be the case given the ongoing COVID19 situation. Should I require another rim in the future I would give Finish Line Wheels another chance.

GBgood luck Called twice, and sent 1 initial email with 2 follow ups in the following weeks trying to get availability on a set of oem wheels. I heard back after the first email, and then was ghosted afterwards. I can't in good morals recommend this site to anyone. If they can't even respond to an email/phone call, how can they be expected to even ship a product? Just check their D- rating with the Better Business Bureau.

GBI gave them three stars since they finally made things right. I ordered two wheels from them. One of them was bent. Getting them to respond when contacting them is difficult. They finally made it right and exchanged the bent wheel for a good one.
