Order completed in a timely fashion Finish line wheels took a little longer than expected to complete my order however they did follow through and complete the order. Three rims were delivered and the 4th was 2 weeks out. They did keep in touch with me letting me know they working on the problem. Our customer was happy with the rims and ultimately that's what is most important to us.

Wish I could give them NO STARS! Wish I could give them less than one star. Ordered wheels showing in stock and they sent confirmation on order, Then they didn't bother to to tell me they canceled order because they didn't actually have the wheels and lied that they sent me a notice. Stay as far away as you can!

If I could rate them lower I would. What a joke?!?! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Need I say more? I will anyway. I placed an order with them early on a Thursday morning. The website stated that the wheels were an "in stock" item so I went ahead and purchased them eventhough the shipping was a little overpriced. Late that evening I received an email, after business hours, of course. The email stated that they were expecting a shipment the following week. So I impatiently waited for my wheels. Late the following week I received an email stating the manufacturer said that it would be at least another 2 weeks. I sent an email asking what they were going to do to make it right. They sent an email back the next day saying if I wanted to take my business elsewhere that would be fine with them. 38 warehouses...more like someone working out of his garage at home.

I gave them three stars since they finally made things right. I ordered two wheels from them. One of them was bent. Getting them to respond when contacting them is difficult. They finally made it right and exchanged the bent wheel for a good one.
