GBOrder Made... then, Nothing. BUT THEN RESOLUTION To their credit, in the end Finish Line Wheels made everything right. Here's the gist of what happened. I made the order. They processed the payment and confirmed the order (presumably automated). I expected the wheel to ship quickly and receive it within a week or so per their website. After a week without hearing anything further I attempted to contact by phone (where I left a message), and email to both their info@finishlinewheels and dave@finishlinewheels addresses requesting a status update. After 10 days I made another attempt to contact Finish Line Wheels by phone and email. After 13 days I requested cancellation of my order, filed a dispute with the credit card company, and re-ordered the wheel from a different vendor who confirmed the order and then provided shipping info including the tracking number within 8 hours of placing the order. After 15 days I received an email from Bobby at Finish Line Wheels, with a tracking number, although they had shipped the rim a week earlier this was my first communication from Finish Line Wheels since the initial order confirmation. I requested that the shipment be stopped, and Bobby asked me to refuse delivery, unfortunately I was at work, it was being delivered at essentially the same time that Bobby & I began communicating by email. I offered to return the rim to Finish Line Wheels at their expense as I did not need 2 rims. FINISH LINE WHEELS TOLD ME TO KEEP THE RIM AND ISSUED A FULL REFUND. So, once Finish Line Wheels did get in touch they gave 5 star service and made everything right. According to Bobby, they had a lot of people out sick, which may well be the case given the ongoing COVID19 situation. Should I require another rim in the future I would give Finish Line Wheels another chance.

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! I placed an order with Finishline on 6/18/20 and after putting my card information in I received a message saying my order could not be processed. So my thoughts were maybe they didn’t have the wheels I wanted so I went with another company who took my order gave me a order number and confirmation telling me my order was being processed. On 6/23/20 at 2:30 am I received a text stating $670+ dollars had been subtracted from my account from Finishline Wheels. At that moment I was confused because from my understanding the order could not be processed. I tried contacting them the next day by phone and got a busy signal. I then contacted who they said would be “Dave” by email and explained to him what happened and I had already ordered the wheels from another company. He replied the next day saying that they didn’t tell me that and my order was being processed. I sent him another email that day letting him know I did not want the wheels because I was to receive my wheels the next day from another company and wanted my money refunded. He emailed me saying no problem. I waited a couple days and still hadn’t been refunded so I tried to contact him again but I didn’t get a response. I waited another week still no response or refund so I tried emailing him again and to this day 7/15/20 still haven’t been responded to or refunded. There is no way to talk to representative live and they won’t respond back to anymore emails. I knew once my account was billed at almost 3am it was some shady business going on. These people or person are crooks!!!! Hopefully you read this before you get your money stolen.

GBGreat Company To Do Business With I ordered a set of 17" wheels for my Honda Odyssey LX taxicab on Monday afternoon. The wheels arrived the following Friday afternoon. They were packed in four separate heavy cardboard boxes! They wheels looked as if they were brand new! I was extremely impressed with the wheels. I had the wheels installed first thing Saturday morning. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for wheels. I am very satisfied with their service.

GBNightmare of an experience........ Horrible customer service!!! They never answer their phone, & they never return a message!!! If there are no problems with your wheels, you'll probably be okay. But if your wheels come in damaged, which mine did, you can forget it!! You're just out there all by yourself!! You can't get a hold of anybody for help!! I'm still trying to get my problem resolved!! Don't walk, run as fast as you can from this website!!!! They don't care about their customers at all!!!!
