GBExcellent company Excellent company! I had an issue with my emergency strobe lights on my truck 4 days before the warranty ran out. I called Xprite and they had a replacement shipped to me within one week. Excellent customer service! I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

PTOrdered after an online chat - but how pointless was that ? Ordered after an online chat - the rear lights do not fit due to incorrect connections - when I contacted them, the reply was "our tail lights are meant for US only not for international vehicles". Well they knew this whilst on the online chat and still sent them to me, saying nothing, they were supposedly plug and go! Very very poor - sometimes you feel you are being laughed at :(

GBFantastic!!!!!!!!! Love it! Shipping was a bit worrisome but probably because I’m impatient. The hood got here, we unpacked it and it was, “PERFECT”! It took about an hour to install! Super easy swap! And it looks FANTASTIC!

GBGreat product but the return calls… Great product but the return calls department is kinda lacking. Still haven’t received the correct part.....keep getting the wrong cable

GBDONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! The WORST customer service! We have LED lights with RBG halos on jeep wrangler. During 1st 6mo the halo stopped working. Color was all Messed up. They sent a new control box. Now just out of the 1 yr warranty, 1 halo has a section not working. it is always red in that section. looks like our jeep has a black eye. Contacted Customer service, to me this is a reliability / quality issue asking then to replace. the following is the response I received; "Hello, Unfrotunatly this order was placed back in 2018 we currently only offer a 1 year warranty I do apologize." {FYI this is a cut and paste, so yes it was misspelled} 2 failures in our products within 1 yr. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! So now we will purchase new light from another company!
