GBAbsolutely the worse customer support… Absolutely the worse customer support ever! Light out of warranty and did not ask for anything more than if I could buy the circuit board for the light... they don't offer the parts.... they buy the whole light from a manufacturer and won't even disclose that info for what I can only assume they think you will start buying from them and out doing them on both fronts ... sales and customer service. Which would not take much. They took my name and number several times and said they would call me back and never did. The owner doesn't take calls and support knows nothing. never have written many reviews but thought this one was very necessary. I will be using ledoutfitters.com from now on!

GBDONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! The WORST customer service! We have LED lights with RBG halos on jeep wrangler. During 1st 6mo the halo stopped working. Color was all Messed up. They sent a new control box. Now just out of the 1 yr warranty, 1 halo has a section not working. it is always red in that section. looks like our jeep has a black eye. Contacted Customer service, to me this is a reliability / quality issue asking then to replace. the following is the response I received; "Hello, Unfrotunatly this order was placed back in 2018 we currently only offer a 1 year warranty I do apologize." {FYI this is a cut and paste, so yes it was misspelled} 2 failures in our products within 1 yr. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! So now we will purchase new light from another company!

GBAbsolute waste of money Absolute waste of money. I have 3 different price range of light bars. All getting RF interference from CB radio. Customer Service basically told me it wasn't there problem. I suggest taking your money somewhere else.

GBGreat customer service and product backing I ordered all new LED lights for my Wrangler in early 2019. Got them all quickly and installed. In August 2019, I noticed one of the taillights was retaining moisture after it got wet, and shortly after some of the individual lights stopped working. I contacted their customer support to see if there was anything they could do, and after sending photos, I received a replacement light in the mail. No charge, no fuss, and exactly what I had ordered before. These folks were extremely easy to work with, and all of my other lights work perfectly. I'm very happy with the company and their products and will continue to go to them for my vehicle lighting needs.
