GBScam company - do not purchase Scam company. Ordered Pairr Max on December 3. Got a few “shopping soon” emails but item has yet to be shipped nearly a month later. Inquiries go unresponded. Unable to cancel, unable to get any information. All social media (Facebook, instagram) are not available.

AUToyota RAV4 2007 with updated CarPlay install I have an old Toyota RAV4 (2007) and had to update the music player as the original broke. My install had Apple Car Play. I loved it, and upgraded my wife's car accordingly. We both used the Pioneer player, but hers was the first model to go cordless, and her experience was so much better than mine, so I was pretty excited to come across a product like PAIRR! I purchased it, and found that if I left my Apple Watch at home, and installed it up the street away from the wifi and Bluetooth products of my home, it easily connected!! I love it! I can keep my phone in my pocket when I drive, but can access the key features on Apple Car Play all because of PAIRR! I'm now going to buy the MAX version for my son for his birthday - he's gonna love it!

GBLove having wireless Airplay, just wish it would sync an active phone call Having wireless Apple Carplay has been amazing. I have a wireless magnetic charger my phone hangs on giving me functionality without having to plug in my phone ever. There have been a few times I have had to unplug the Pairr due to sync issues and I have noticed if I am already on a call and then start my car it does not seem to like to switch over, so I often have to hang up and call again once it syncs. That is the most annoying part. Otherwise the maps and apps work great.

GBThis is a scam — they will never deliver the product! This is a scam. I ordered the Pairr device on 11/25, a USPS tracking number was generated on 11/28. To date, USPS has not changed to a status of “accepted” which means they have yet to receive the package from the shipper. I emailed “John” the CEO and got a response that it’s been shipped and it’s in the USPS shipping network and USPS is just not tracking the package right now but trust me it’s on the way. I know the USPS isn’t amazing but there is no way it’s been in transit and “the tracking label might not be scanned for a while” (directly from CEO email) for 34 days — I don’t think it’s coming… Scam scam scam! Do yourself a favor and just pay a competitor device on Amazon.

GBStopped working after six months Product worked well for about 6 months. Then it suddenly stopped connecting. I've tried working with support for over two months but they can't fix the issue. I've asked for a replacement or a return as the product is still covered by a "two year warranty". They said they are sold out and have now just stopped responding to my emails.
