Excellent service Idk what these negative reviews are about but people love to complain about anything and everything. The service was excellent. Yes, you pay additional fees BUT it saves you having to wait hours at the dmv. This was such a life saver. I ordered my registration on Friday and received it on Tuesday the following week. So quick and easy. I’ll be doing everything on here moving forward.

I don't even know how this company got… I don't even know how this company got my email. I naively responded thinking it was affiliated with the DMV. It is a scammy third party website. This should absolutely be illegal. If you have to get your car smogged the smog place has no ability to notify them and you can not get ahold of anyone in customer service. However, going through the DMV the smog place contacts them directly. There is no purpose to this company except to scam. Shame on legislatures and lack of consumer protection to not do their jobs and protect consumers from nefarious companies like this.

There are no instructions saying that… No Instructions for Email AND Shipping Method. There are no instructions saying that you have to select another shipping method other than email. I tried paying and had to talk to the support team to figure it out. I would think you would email me a copy I can print, and since I gave you my address, you would send me the tags. Very confusing at check-out.
