i don't understand why it says "NO… i don't understand why it says "NO GUARANTEE DELIVERY" i'm paying 2.99 for a maybe? You guys should put a "more info" tab to explain. I can't drive around with expired tags. It took me a whole 30 mins when it should have taken 15 mins to make this online payment. I do see how convenient it can be. Just word stuff differently.

Rip off! Everything went smooth with renewing my registration until I got to the section where I had to pay. I had a hard time figuring out why my payment wasn’t being accepted literally going back and forth for about 15 minutes looking for the errors. So finally I changed the e-mail option to next day delivery and all of a sudden it magically worked. This company just wants people to spend extra money that’s all next time I’ll just go into the DMV at least I’ve adjusted to them taking my money smh.

I don't even know how this company got… I don't even know how this company got my email. I naively responded thinking it was affiliated with the DMV. It is a scammy third party website. This should absolutely be illegal. If you have to get your car smogged the smog place has no ability to notify them and you can not get ahold of anyone in customer service. However, going through the DMV the smog place contacts them directly. There is no purpose to this company except to scam. Shame on legislatures and lack of consumer protection to not do their jobs and protect consumers from nefarious companies like this.

Took my money and never sent me… Took my money and never sent me anything in the mail. RED FLAG when cheapest shipping says "not guaranteed" and sure enough I did not receive anything

There are no instructions saying that… No Instructions for Email AND Shipping Method. There are no instructions saying that you have to select another shipping method other than email. I tried paying and had to talk to the support team to figure it out. I would think you would email me a copy I can print, and since I gave you my address, you would send me the tags. Very confusing at check-out.
