We bought a hood from them and it… We bought a hood from them and it arrived damaged. We contacted them and they said that the hood is useable so we are not going to get refunded. We are out 2,000 dollars and no hood. the hood was a fiber glass hood. DO NOT BUY from them they are a JOKE

VICREZ Hellcat front-end assembly When adding my Shirokai kit, I needed to upgrade to the Hellcat front-end and bumper assembly. My online salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't quite know what I needed but he took the time to answer questions and make sure I got the right product. I was even offered a discount code that I wasn't aware of. Product was delivered a few days later with no issues. I have since recommended Vicrez to my other car friends looking to upgrade their cars

CF Hood had scratches on the cowl when… CF Hood had scratches on the cowl when it arrived let them know and the filed a report with shipping. Then nothing weeks go by still waiting for response from shipping company. More weeks go by and still nothing will be filing a dispute with PayPal to hopefully get my money back company customer service is a total joke.
