GBWe bought a hood from them and it… We bought a hood from them and it arrived damaged. We contacted them and they said that the hood is useable so we are not going to get refunded. We are out 2,000 dollars and no hood. the hood was a fiber glass hood. DO NOT BUY from them they are a JOKE

GBThey never shipped my order They never shipped my order. Ordered on 9/2 with any expected ship date of 3-5 days. Everytime I requested a ship date or tracking number I got the run around. Gave them 2 weeks and then I canceled the order and entered a dispute with my credit card. Edit: was contacted to supply an order number as verification but it's been months since my order. I took a screen grab of the support email ID numbers but I can't post screen grabs. The internal ID numbers are 38490, 38494, 39304. Each one of these are customer support people I've emailed.
