Today is Easter Sunday Today is Easter Sunday. I went to look at a used Avalon at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Salesman George approached me. No pressure, no BS strictly business but with a personality and he quickly closed the deal. The man deserves a commendation.

Toyota Tacoma I recently purchased a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Wesley Chapel Toyota. My salesman name was Tony Cuomo. He was most helpful with finding the perfect vehicle to fit my desired needs. He was certainly nice and worked in a timely manner. My past experiences purchasing a vehicle it always seemed to take forever. Tony made my buying experience very enjoyable. I would most definitely recommend him and this dealership.

Awesome Experience We have battled for almost a month with Lakeland Toyota and had a stressful , unpleasant expirence with them and was about to just give up and decided to try one more time when we came into Wesley Chapel Toyota our experience with your staff was awesome they exceeded all our expectations and made our purchase relaxing , and stress free . Trying to sell a damaged 2019 Durango… Trying to sell a damaged 2019 Durango with amateur style, poorly rebuilt front bumper, and painted with cheap spray paint, horrible bumper lines where bumper lines up with front quarter panel, rear end damage to back bumper with cracks and bent, damage to rear door panels on both rear end doorjams, crack in hood, along with chips throughout the body. All of this with a false carfax that says no accidents, the car was stolen, and the car clearly shows it was rebuilt without reporting it. Their appraiser overpaid at 47,000, and now the internet sales Manager, Victor and his sales rep, Kelsey expect the customer to take the loss with them, instead of realizing their appraiser made a bad deal, escalating this matter to upper management, and cutting their losses for what I offered. That's why it's been there 4 months already. What a shame! Not sure how this place has 4.6 stars. Must only be from the new cars they sell and Toyotas good overall reputation in general. Definitely not because of the false reports on carfax for sure!

Bait and Switch Went online and followed instructions to prepare a price quote in advance. Printed paper and went to Wesley Chapel Toyota. Once there sales rep tells me the pin stripe, window tint, floor mats and a tracking device was already in car. I told him multiple times this wasn't mentioned online Wesley Chapel site. They reduced price for these extras from a little over $1500 to $500. I still believe this was a bait and switch. Buyers beware, when doing price quotes online with Wesley Chapel Toyota, they are going to charge for extras not mentioned online. They told me this crap is done to the cars when they receive them. It's bull, I asked for one without this extra crap and he tells me they don't have any. I drove over an hour to this place just to get items I didn't want pushed on me. I could've gone closer where I live and gotten crap I didn't want on my vehicle dumped on me. The vehicle was falsely described online and I think it's very sneaky, not to mention unethical.
