GBWestley Chapel Toyota (WCT) dont buy used Westley Chapel Toyota (WCT) Maybe ok to buy a new vehicle from because the Toyota nationwide warranty kicks in. Although getting a good deal from them on a new vehicle may be problematic. I would urge anyone thinking of buying a used vehicle from WCT to pass!! 1) WCT will sell you a vehicle with defective safety devices and tell you to have it fixed on your dime. 2) WCT will sell you a warranty that they do not honor. I would not trust a dealer that is dishonest for anything! If they lie they lie and cant be trusted! 3) WCT service department is a strict adherent to the “by guess or by golly” or the tried and true “replace and hope” troubleshooting method. They haven’t a clue. But that’s ok that it costs you for their “explorations”…refer to #2 they are making money so they are ok with this type of “service”. There is no after sale service you are on your own with used vehicles! I wonder what the state of Florida would think about #1?

GBToday is Easter Sunday Today is Easter Sunday. I went to look at a used Avalon at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Salesman George approached me. No pressure, no BS strictly business but with a personality and he quickly closed the deal. The man deserves a commendation.

GBI thought I purchased a car in Dec when… I thought I purchased a car in Dec when I brought my pre approval from capital one. Capital one said they failed to finish processing the application. Then in March we got calls about coming in to finish financing. We thought it was scammer. Then we realize this dealership pulled my credit 7 times. After I said not to I was going with Capital One. I now hired a credit professional to remove all unauthorized inquiries because My score dropped 45 points. When I came back to the dealership the finance associate disrespected my wife when she was asking questions. We got into a huge argument and I was treated like a thief. And they threatened to call the police because the car is now stolen. Then they raised my buying price by $600. It was the most distressing experience. They treated me like a dog. And violated my consumer rights. I highly recommend no one ever go here for a car. Unless you are buying cash or have your pre approval in hand and called the finance company to get a check in hand to bring with you to the dealership. Any other way leave you at the mercy of these crooks with unethical practices.

GBA nightmare A nightmare! We were on vacation and everyone knew this? The rep mislead me, the parts rep ordered a part from Georgia (ETA 5 days) one was available within a 1 hour distance? The parts manager lied and mislead me. Made me wait 7 days while expressing my situation and concerns while on vacation. After the part was delivered they sent it back only to find another part 2 hours out? This kind of treatment to an unsuspecting consumer who put themselves at the mercy of these heartless misguided and mislead staff is appalling! All while patting themselves on the back for doing such a wonderful job, blaming me for the problems. Buyers be ware!
