Oops, forgot to update my address. After placing my order, I forgot to update my address, so I contacted customer service and they were able to adjust and update my address. But you have to be quick, a day is too long to get them to communicate with their warehouse to fix the shipping. I spoke with Jim and he was able to submit my ticket and once it shipped I'm tracking and following it's progress. All's well and in good condition!

Excellent Customer Service I had spent several days shopping for a few items that were difficult to find in budget. While asking Ed (in online customer service) at Carid about their first responder discounts, I was informed that the brand I was interested in did not participate in that or similar programs. However, Ed offered another discount that the manufacturer did allow and met my request for the purchase. I will continue to buy from Carid for customer service like this. Thank you, Ed and Carid! There were 2 different parts and she helped me understand why each of them would work and I was able to figure out with her help the right part for me. I will use them again many times.

Terrible company… I'm still waiting on carid to send me the shipping labels they ship the wheels in 3 days but I still have the Wheels since April 8th 2024 to ship back to them for a refund. They sent the wrong Wheels, I was trying to stop it before they sent the wheels but they ignored me. Please don't do business with this company. They are terrible. I will write a review everyday until they go out of business. One person can't make a difference but it takes one time for you to experience what I'm going through. Terrible company

14 PC Chrome Window Trim - 2024 Grand Highglander I am more than exceedingly disappointed in the product quality. I ordered a 14 pc chrome window trim for my new 2024 Grand Highlander. I had it professionally installed by a detailing company and they installed it perfectly. The pillars are great and fit perfectly, but the rest of the package trim is a disaster. The window surround is is flat, cheap looking and full of snags and saw marks on the finish. I sincerely doubt it was laser cut at all. It came pre-packaged and maybe Carid didn't produce it but bought it from a vendor and never looked at the product, but at a cost of over $300, I expected a much better product quality. I will not trust to buy from Carid again. Unfortunately, I cannot return as it is already installed on the car. I am happy to provide pictures of the snags and saw marks.
