Extremely Poor Service and Communication Auto Fit accepted payment for 4 auto body parts. Their website showed they had the parts in stock. 2 weeks later the parts still have not shipped, they have not communicated with me. After calling I found they only have one of the parts in stock and that is damaged. I will not ever attempt to order any auto parts through this company again. When speaking to them on the phone, I was passed from department to department, communication was very unprofessional.

I was scammed out of R10000 by Auto… I was scammed out of R10000 by Auto fit. Ordered a power pack and paid for it. Never arrived. E mails ignored. Phone slammed down. Now blocked. Bank informs me the account no is a private person. No money in account to pay me back. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

This place needs to be better…Organized This place needs to be better organized.I placed a order online thinking when I get to Auto fit all my items will be ready for pick up.not they gave me the run around with five items that I order being out of stock going back and forth for a refund back into my credit card.my spend time there was like 3hrs.Now I would seriously look elsewhere to buy aftermarket auto parts before going back there again thanks!!

Everything went great delivery was on… Everything went great delivery was on time had to call back because of a new price for shipping 80.00 more it was explained to me why and i understood clearly why the price for my part was great already so the extra shipping wasn’t a problem so thank you for the great experience with the company and i will be using you again and will refer your company to my friends and Family
