AUTOFIT ARE SCAMMERS SCAMMERS! I ordered a 300 dollar hood for my 2012 chevy cruze and it arrived different than described. I expected it to be primed but when I washed it with plain water the black was coming off. Called company and they said it's a coating to prevent rust, this is impossible because coating lasts 15 to 20 years. They refuse to replace or refund. Worst service ever!

Fair Price, Fair Shipping Charge In researching body parts for my van, I noticed other vendors had shipping charges + handling fees exceeding the price of the part. It’s like their business model is to sell you shipping and handling vs. a part. Autofit had a fair price and a fair shipping charge. The part was packed well and it arrived within the specified delivery time. I recommend them.

This place needs to be better…Organized This place needs to be better organized.I placed a order online thinking when I get to Auto fit all my items will be ready for pick up.not they gave me the run around with five items that I order being out of stock going back and forth for a refund back into my credit card.my spend time there was like 3hrs.Now I would seriously look elsewhere to buy aftermarket auto parts before going back there again thanks!!

Very Poor Customer service Poor Customer service. I ordered wrong part by mistake and so try to contact customer service but never got response back. Twice thru their website and once by phone call. They took my number, name and order number but never got call back.

Being the first time that I had… Being the first time that I had purchase from there. I had to learn the system that you had in place. After I purchased my parts and moved to outside pick up area I waited for a good solid two hours before I found out that my order from the inside never made it outside to be pulled.
