GBSimply awful. Avoid. Simply awful. 1. Cancelled order without notifying me. 2. Still waiting on refund. 3. Customer Service Reps barely know English. 4. Offered a "make-good" code that was worth less than promo offers already on site. 5. Lied about availability

GBThis is my 2nd go at buying tires with… This is my 2nd go at buying tires with Tirebuyer . I’m an educational instructor which I like the company because of the teacher discount. Although there is a web tool the company uses called IDMe of which is a drawback. IDme ask to many personal questions. However, I reached out to the company customer support to let them know. I didn’t complete the IDme full question for but I did sign up. Short answer here from all this was the Tirebuyer support coordinator who was very supportive. Give this part of the company a high mark. Initiated a report so I might get the teacher discount. Though every little bit helps especially in this high interest cost of living. I will continue to look for quality tires and easy access through Tirebuyer. Just a good experience. The Teacher

GB2nd experience with TireBuyer.com and… 2nd experience with TireBuyer.com and they have the best deals combined with fast shipping! The installers have had my appointment correctly scheduled both times as well. I will continue to buy all my tires from them for sure! I work at a car dealership and their price still beats my employee discount.

GBEmployer Discount; Great Value I knew I'd need tires but wasn't expecting to buy tires in this season. After a sudden flat, I had to make a decision to replace one or all. Fortunately, a discount was presented with my employer for a small savings and an available rebate. Checkout was super easy and the options for installers and appointments were very flexible.

GBGreat deal for Military and First Responders Tirebuyer was a good deal offers a First Responder / military discounts so that was helpful. Very easy online ordering. They do charge install if you select a shop from the list. Beware the shop will try to get you to pay twice so after some haggling with my local Mr. Tire I was able to get them to accept the fact I had already prepaid for install. Otherwise it was pretty good experience. This was 2nd time I have used Tirebuyer I used to use Tirerack but then found out about discounts.
