GBI got screwed out of $70 Ordered some bar ends through them. Paid $70 for it. Got nothing. I called them to see if they can ship me another set or refund me. They said it’s my problem to deal with the post office. Now I I’m out $70 and nothing to show for it. Their customer service is garbage. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Once they get your money they really can care less about you.

AUWhy oh why didn't I review these people… Why oh why didn't I review these people before I got burned with over $2000 AUD. 1) Incomplete order! 2) No responce from emails! 3) Bet they are using up the 30 day policy as I'm in Australia. 4) Paid tax, import duites etc on over $500 USD of parts never sent!

GBReally bad customer service Really bad customer service. I purchased 3 SuperSprox rear sprockets for my DRZ 400SM. Either the parts were shipped/labeled in error, or the were not manufactured correctly. Granted, they say there's a 30 day return policy, but I didn't open the packages for a little over 60 days. The parts do NOT fit. SoloMotoParts gives their 30 day return policy as the reason for refusing a refund. I can't say I ever recall a business sticking to the letter of their policy when it was the business that screwed up. As it stands, I can't even sell them on EBay, since I don't know what hey fit. Thanks!
