GBI got screwed out of $70 Ordered some bar ends through them. Paid $70 for it. Got nothing. I called them to see if they can ship me another set or refund me. They said it’s my problem to deal with the post office. Now I I’m out $70 and nothing to show for it. Their customer service is garbage. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Once they get your money they really can care less about you.

GBOne of the worst online vendors out there Ordered a seat for my bike. Upon receiving my order, I open the box and surprise! It was the wrong material. Got in touch with a representative and was told they would rectify the situation. Here it is two weeks later and crickets. No one will return my calls or emails. Now I’m stuck with this seat, and no way to return it for a refund. This seems to be their standard of practice. If you need to buy parts online, take your time and exhaust all options before giving this company your hard earned money. They will let you down

GBNO CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered 4 items for $700. I received two parts that were $18 each, and did not receive the 2 saddlemen seats I ordered. I called and emailed for 2 weeks, never received a reply. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid like the plaque!
